Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using AllGetHelp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. What AllGetHelp Is

AllGetHelp is a peer-to-peer mutual aid platform. Users voluntarily give funds to matched recipients and may receive funds from other givers after completing required tasks and waiting periods. AllGetHelp is a facilitator — we do not hold, custody, or guarantee funds. All transfers happen directly between users via their own bank accounts.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AllGetHelp. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use peer-to-peer financial platforms in your jurisdiction.

4. Give & Receive Rules

• Givers may give once every 5 days. Give amounts start at 500 PKG and increase progressively with each completed give session, capped at 5,000 PKG.
• To receive funds, users must have completed at least 1 task and have an active growth record from a prior give session.
• Growth records unlock according to the duration you selected from the date the receiver confirmed receipt.
• Givers must upload proof of payment (bank transfer screenshot) within the session. Failure to do so within 48 hours may result in the match being reassigned.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent give/receive limits
• Upload fraudulent or fabricated proof of payment
• Falsely confirm receiving funds that were not received
• Use the platform to launder money or engage in illegal financial activity
• Harass other users through the in-platform chat system

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending funds.

6. Disputes

If a dispute arises between a giver and receiver, either party may raise a dispute through the platform. An admin will review both sides within 24 hours and issue a verdict. Admin decisions are final. In cases where the giver is found at fault, AllGetHelp may credit the receiver directly from admin-held funds.

7. No Guarantees

AllGetHelp does not guarantee that a match will always be available, that funds will arrive within any specific time frame, or that growth amounts will always be fulfilled by another user. When no match is available, funds may be directed to an admin account and redistributed when a receiver becomes available.

8. Limitation of Liability

AllGetHelp is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to failed transfers, disputed transactions, or account suspensions. Users participate voluntarily and at their own risk.

9. Account Suspension

AllGetHelp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or at admin discretion. Users may appeal suspensions by contacting the admin team.
